Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
A basic herb vinaigrette using parsley, chives, and lemon thyme. Great for drizzling over a garden salad or fresh baked fish before serving.

Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fine parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fine chives
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fine lemon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Whisk the oil, lemon juice, mustard, and herbs together until smooth.
